To troubleshoot this problem, you can use a tool provided with GCF/SharePoint to bypass the SharePoint export processor. This allows you to confirm that file transfer is successful. Otherwise, you must modify a document in SharePoint, run the export processor, and check the log files for errors.
To run the tool:
If the upload fails, the user account might not have the correct permissions or registry settings on the Meridian Enterprise server might be incorrect.
